No matter what 'kind' of Muslim you are, what madhab you follow, which shaykh you look up to, like most muslim matters, there are a thousand darn opinions on the 'urf (culture) of women's hijab. The above conversation took place with an elderly Muslim couple where no matter what was presented as acceptable female covering, it wasn't the 'right hijab', that is, to their encultured definition.
