The Muslim Writers Awards 2011 are now inviting writers to submit entries for the following categories:
- Unpublished Novel
- Unpublished Short Story
- Unpublished Poetry
- Unpublished Children’s Story
- Young Journalist (16-25)
- Published Novel

The 2011 Muslim Writers Awards welcomes submissions from Muslim writers across the world on a broad range of categories from screen play to novel writing to journalism.
The awards ceremony is an opportunity to showcase talent from both published and unpublished writers. Shortlisted entrants will be invited to a high-profile televised Awards ceremony, scheduled for November 2011 in London.

Young Muslim Writers Awards
The second Young Muslim Writers Awards took place on the 1st of June 2011 in partnership with the Institute of English Studies, University of London, at Senate House in London.
Leading figures from across the literary industry joined in the celebrations.
